Help with your plan, your timer or your sync.
The timer kept running
That's on purpose: a session runs until you pause or end it, even if you close the app or restart your phone. If you forgot, open Records and correct the time.
Two sessions after syncing
If two devices ran a session at once, Bunplan keeps both and asks which to keep. The one you don't keep ends with the time it had so far, so no time is lost.
Sync is paused
Settings → iCloud shows why: Plus has ended, iCloud is off or full, or iCloud couldn't start. Your notebook stays safe on this device either way. Try again now retries straight away.
The watch shows nothing
Open Bunplan on your iPhone, then on the watch. The watch needs Plus and the iPhone app nearby or on the same Wi-Fi at least once.
Restore from a backup
Settings → Data → Import. Add to what's here adds what's missing; Replace everything swaps it all, after a safety copy kept for 7 days.
An assistant can't connect
Check that Settings → Assistants isn't set to Off and that Plus is active, then add Bunplan to the app again.
