# Bunplan > Bunplan is a planner for big goals and long, open-ended work, such as an exam, a thesis, a work project, a portfolio or a new language, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. A project has an optional start and due date, a colour and sections; a task is one sitting of work, planned for a day or left unscheduled, with small steps; Today shows the day's tasks and anything unfinished from earlier days; a timer records focus sessions. There's no account: the plan stays on the device, and Bunplan Plus adds iCloud sync between devices. On the Mac, Bunplan includes a local MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude, Claude Code and Codex can read and change the plan. Assistants are part of Plus, off until the user turns them on (Read only or Read & write), and every change they make is listed in Bunplan's Assistant activity. Bunplan is coming soon to the App Store. The docs below are the reference for every feature and for the assistant tools. ## Docs - [Bunplan docs for AI agents](https://docs.bunplan.com/llms.txt): an index of the docs in plain text - [All of the docs in one file](https://docs.bunplan.com/llms-full.txt): every docs page as plain text - [Bunplan docs](https://docs.bunplan.com/): the docs for people ## Assistants - [Assistants setup](https://docs.bunplan.com/assistants/): connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex or another MCP app on the Mac, and every tool an assistant can use - [Assistants on the Mac](https://bunplan.com/assistants): what you can ask, how it stays safe, and a short setup ## Help - [Support](https://bunplan.com/support): common questions and how to contact us - [Privacy](https://bunplan.com/privacy): how Bunplan handles your data - [Terms of Use](https://bunplan.com/terms): Bunplan Plus plans, renewal and the free trial
